We aim to have all of our product descriptions, images and pricing to be as accurate as possible, however there may be occasions where there may be errors and we reserve the right to change or amend these errors at our discretion and we also reserve the right to cancel any orders placed while these errors were in place. Unless specified, we offer no warranty or guarantee for our products.
Full payment is required when you place an order, we will not provide any goods until payment has been received. In the case where payment does not clear, we reserve the right to cancel the order completely.
All of our online payments are handled by our payment partner PayPal.
All UK orders will be sent via Free Standard Delivery. If you require Express Delivery, you can select this option during the checkout process but it will incur an additional charge.
Right to cancel
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and before we dispatch your order. You can either fill out our contact form or email us at email@example.com. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We are sure that you will be happy with your jewellery but if you are not and would like to return it, please contact us in writing within 14 days of receiving your item and let us know the reasons why you would like to return it.
If you are returning your order for any reason other than it is faulty or damaged, you as the customer will be responsible for the postage charges for returning it to us. When returning an item, please use a tracked service to ensure that your order is returned to us. Please return all items in unworn condition with all original packaging (including giftboxes), with tags still attached.
Certain items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. All earrings and jewellery for piercings are supplied in sealed bags and once this seal has been broken, they cannot be returned.
When you order a piece of bespoke jewellery from us, we will explain the terms relating to our bespoke jewellery at the time of placing your order. But we have included a brief summery below:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when you sign off the design and place the order.
- The remaining 50% will be required upon completion of the piece, until this final payment has been made, the piece remains the property of Haywoods Jewellery.
- All bespoke designs, renderings and product images remain the intellectual property of Haywoods Jewellery.
In the event of product failure, Haywoods Jewellery, its owners and staff will not be held responsible for in the event of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury and/or death or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer.
